Program
The Plano ISD is committed to the well-being of our employees,
and offers several services through our wellness program. In addition
to coverage for well-care and preventive services under the medical plans, the district offers on-site flu shots,
wellness assessments, and mammogram screenings. These are available to all employees, and information is linked through the menu on the right-hand side of this page.
For employees and their family members who are enrolled in one of our medical plans, disease management programs are available through Nationwide Better Health. These programs provide education, information, and assistance to persons with asthma, diabetes, low back pain, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, and coronary artery disease.
