Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential information and counseling service provided as a free benefit to you by the Plano ISD Employee Health Benefit Plan and administered by ValueOptions, Inc.  All full-time employees and their family members may qualify for up to six EAP counseling sessions per new situation per year (issues not previously treated or diagnosed).

The EAP can help with situations such as anxiety, stress, marital or relationship issues, family problems, alcohol and/or drug abuse, depression, grief, and work-related concerns.  They can also provide legal and financial services and referrals. The EAP can help in many areas at no cost to you. Call the EAP toll-free at 1-866-665-6305.  EAP counselors help determine the assistance you need and, when appropriate, provide the name of a conveniently located licensed counselor with expertise to help in the area of your need.  Appointments are scheduled when it is convenient for you.
