Employee Child Care Center

Plano ISD Employee Child Care is available to employees who have the responsibility of direct instruction. Eligible are children of full time teachers (working at least 25 hours per week), paraprofessionals, counselors, librarians, itinerant teachers, nurses and administrative interns. Not eligible are children of central office staff, bus drivers, FANS staff, principals and assistant principals. Grandchildren of employees are not eligible to enroll, unless the grandparent is the court ordered guardian. Wait list application must be accompanied with an $85.00 check per child which will be applied as the registration fee when a spot is offered.

Location & Hours of Operation

The Plano ISD Employee Child Care Center is located at 3901 Pebble Creek Court, Plano, Texas 75023. The center is adjacent to Wal-Mart at Coit and Spring Creek Parkway.

The center operates from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  The child care center follows the teacher contract days. The days that teachers do not work, the child care center is closed. The child care center is not be open during the summer months.

Tuition

A non-refundable $85.00 registration/waiting list fee per child has been implemented for the Employee Child Care wait list. Your check must be submitted within 72 hours after submitting an application to hold the Child Care spot(s).  This fee is non-refundable.  Make checks payable to: Plano ISD-ECCC. 

When a spot becomes open, you will receive a phone call or email asking for acknowledgment and acceptance of the spot. Once you have accepted the spot, a supply fee will be required.

Supply Fee :

$85.00 per child annually

Employees pay 10% below market rate for full-time tuition only. There will be no partial days or sliding scale. Tuition is paid by payroll deduction.  There is not a discount for multiple children from the same family.

We have one opening  in our Two Year Old Room. 

Your child must have turned two years old by the September 1st, 2009 start date. Please complete a wait list application and contact Stacie Kaeuper by email if you are interested. There is an $85 wait list application fee, however the $85 will act as the registration fee.  There is also an $85 supply fee due at the time of registration.  Care  is available as soon as the proper paperwork has been processed.
