Parent Involvement Opportunities

Active parental involvement has been a cornerstone for building community and supporting all students at Bethany since our doors opened in 1993.  Volunteering at Bethany supports students through:  Parent/Teacher Association (PTA);  School-Based Improvement Committee (SBIC); Key Communicators; Library, Book Fair and Literacy Library; field trips; tutoring/mentoring;  yearbook; Y/O packet; Dad’s Club; Field Day; Community Connectedness events like carnivals and sock hops; McGruff Safety Program; Reflections contest, Bethany Bunch Bits (monthly newsletters); ESL Parent Club;  and Parent Education sessions.

  • Schimelpfenig Middle School As students at Schimelpfenig register for their four-year high school plan in eighth grade, they will declare their intention to attend either Jasper High School/Plano West Senior High or Clark High School/Plano Senior High. This declaration is mandated by UIL regulations.
