Barron will serve students in grades K-5 beginning in August, 2009.
Barron is being converted into an elementary school campus, after serving for several years as an early childhood school. (A new early childhood school is under construction just northeast of Barron, Sara Isaacs Early Childhood School, which will open in August, 2009, at 3400 East Parker Road. Isaacs will serve students attending Plano ISD's east cluster schools.)
