Library Resources

The mission of Plano ISD Learning Media Services is to ensure that literacy remains a vital part of every student's continuous learning experience.

In support of that mission our school libraries are active partners in the teaching and learning mission of Plano ISD. Campus libraries offer collections in both print and digital formats, knowledgeable librarians, and up to date technology in support of all PISD academic programs.

For virtual visits, the Library website is an essential tool for research. Locate books, read articles from digital newspapers and magazines, view a growing collection of eBooks, and much more. Library web resources are accessible 24/7 to PISD students, staff and their families from any location with an internet connection. Contact your campus librarian for the off-campus access password.

Parent library volunteers are a valuable resource and support base for our many library activities. If you would like to volunteer, click here opens in new window for the district volunteer application.
