ePay : Plano ISD

Type in the PISD internet address: www.pisd.edu/epay or click on the ePay link.
The first screen for your ePay account will appear. In accessing ePay for the first time, click on "Register New User."
Create a user ID and password. Do not use any District assigned numbers as part of your logon information. The User ID and password you select will be your unique user profile. Only the user knows the user ID and password. Logon information can be reset by contacting the PASAR Finance Office (469) 752-8915 during normal business hours or send email to the ePay email address providing your customer # and/or last user ID and password.
Re-type password again on the "Confirm Password Field". Answer the secret question in the "Secret Answer" field.
Then enter your Personal Information: customer ID number # (customer ID# is located on your PASAR statement), customer name & address, etc., and press the NEXT button. The next screen will ask you to confirm the personal information that you entered. Click on next, and the screen will state that your profile is complete. There is a statement that will ask you to return to the ePay program.
Enter your new logon information on the logon screen that you created. Please write down your logon information. You will use this information each time you logon.
The Purchase Information screen will be next. Add a dollar amount in the field provided for the financially responsible person on the account. Your payment will be applied correctly, if you have more than one student registered for PASAR. Complete the credit card information in the appropriate fields. Click okay.
A transaction confirmation page appears. If everything is correct, Click on "OKAY".
The last page of your ePay account appears. This page states, "Your Transaction Has Been Approved." "Your Account Has Been Updated."
