Computers@Home Program
to be Awarded at LULAC Banquet

Superintendent of Schools Dr. Doug Otto will accept an award on behalf of the school district's "Computers@Home" program at the Collin County League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Council's 13th Annual Scholarship Banquet, "Avance Con Educación: Road to Success," to be held on Thursday, October 25, at Plano's Southfork Hotel.
Plano ISD offers the unique Computers@Home program, now in its seventh year, to help increase academic achievement by providing a home computer system to students. This program is completely free to all eligible students, and includes educational training sessions for both students and parents.
