Report: 'Making Math Count'
When students have a reason to use math they are learning to solve a problem that is real to them. Discover how our teachers are increasing student achievement by improving the delivery of mathematics curriculum and instruction.
College Nights Sept. 15 & 16
Some 200 college and university representatives will be on hand at College Nights to be hosted on September 15 and 16 at Plano Senior High School and Plano East Senior High School, respectively. Students and parents are encouraged to prepare their "Questions for College Reps."
Foundation Seeks Grant Applications
Plano ISD educators are invited to apply for 2008 grants to be funded by the Plano ISD Education Foundation. Electronic applications are due September 24 to supervisors. Grants will be awarded by the Foundation Grant Patrol in November.
