“Growing Graduates - Texas Public Schools Plant Seeds for Success!” is the theme for Texas Public Schools Week, March 2-6. The community is invited to visit our schools during evening open houses on the following dates to learn how Plano ISD excels in preparing students for college readiness. Please check with your child's school for exact open house times.

Monday, March 2 - Early Childhood School Open Houses (Pre-K)
Thursday, March 5 - High School Open Houses (9-10)
Monday, March 9 - Senior High School Open Houses (11-12)

School Board Update

February 16 Work Session - Trustees heard a program update from the student and family services department, discussed 2009-10 budget planning reports and documents, and discussed direction for the Plano ISD Education Foundation's strategic plan. The agenda and related reports and documents can be viewed on BoardBook.

March 3 Regular Meeting - Trustees will meet at 7:00 p.m. at the Plano ISD Administration Building, 2700 W. 15th Street. The agenda packet and related links will be posted on BoardBook.
