Master's
Degree Program
Plano ISD is committed to the professional development of staff members. One way the district supports professional growth of teachers is by offering a Master’s Degree Program. Teachers who qualify for the program will have all or part of the cost of their master’s degree paid for or reimbursed by the district.
Teachers who have completed, or will have completed a minimum of two consecutive years in the district, with no break in service, and do not already hold a Master's Degree may elect to apply for the Plano ISD Master's Degree Program. Information meetings will be held several times a year and attendance at one of the meetings is mandatory. The dates and times of the meetings will be sent to each school’s office manager and will also be posted on inside.pisd in the Human Resources – Compensation and Diversity section.
