The Plano ISD Purchasing Department is pleased to announce that we have now implemented our e-bidding process that includes electronic bid notification. All vendors/suppliers (regardless of whether they are current awarded vendors or not) will need to go to the link below to register on our e-bidding site:

Purchasing Services is responsible for the procurement of the
supplies, materials, equipment and services that are necessary for
our 72 schools and offices to function.
To participate in the bidding process, vendors are required to log into our e-bidding site (link above) and register as a supplier/vendor. Once completed, you will be notified via e-mail of upcoming bids in your particular areas of interest.
Surplus Items Auction Information -
Items that are either no longer serviceable, are obsolete, or have been replaced with new equipment are approved for disposal by the School Board of Trustees. Once items have been declared surplus, the District uses the services of Rene Bates Auctioneers, Inc. that conducts E-Auctions on behalf of Plano ISD. For more information contact -

Every person who wishes to serve as a District employee, volunteer, camp counselor, private teacher or contractor, or any other person who will have contact with District students shall have a criminal history search performed.
