The Executive Director for Human Resources leads and oversees the operation of the Human Resources Division, which includes Benefits & Risk Management (including district health, both occupational and student, and management of the Sockwell Center), Compensation & Diversity, and HR Services.

Compensation and Diversity
The Compensation department includes planning, managing, and coordinating the areas of employee compensation, records, contracts, terminations, new employee processing and the district Master's Program.
The Diversity component includes development and coordination of the district's diversity initiatives to enhance school and community relations as well as inter-school relations across ethnic, racial, linguistic and economic lines. In addition the department coordinates the district's new teacher Mentor Induction Program

Benefits and Risk Management
This department provides leave,
health, and workers'
compensation benefits, and wellness programs. In addition, we procure commercial
property and auto, and professional liability insurance. Coordination
of the district's school
health program and management of the Sockwell
Center are also under our direction.
