Description:

The Administration is submitting for approval, Moak, Casey & Associates, LLP for consulting services. These services will provide the Administration with expertise in a variety of financial, legislative and contractual areas. A few of these areas are:

Multi-year comparisons, by function, of financial position and utilization of resources, relative to peer districts;
Benchmarking of financial performance and personnel resources, relative to peer districts;
Multi-year forecasts of revenues and expenditures, and impacts of legislation;
Monitoring of agreement implementation of Plano ISD and Texas Instruments Incorporated contract, as it relates to the Texas Economic Development Act.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends the approval of Moak, Casey & Associates, LLP for financial consulting services.
