Description:

The Administration recommends the approval of cell towers to be installed by T-Mobile Texas, L.P. The sites are subject to approval by the cities in which these sites are located. The sites are: Hughston Elementary School, Miller Elementary School, Hendrick Middle School, Murphy Complex . 

Tom Kimbrough has negotiated these contracts and built-in an initial fee of $24,000 per location with a 3% increase annually over the course of a 5-year contract.

Recommendation:

The Administration recommends approval of a cell tower to be installed at the above sites by T-Mobile Texas, L.P.

Business Impact:

General Fund Revenue - $96,000, first year ($509,675 cumulative)
