Description:
This is a compliance bid that will establish approved vendors and pricing for the purchase of restroom partitions for the District. This is the first year of a renewable bid.
Bid notifications were sent to five vendors and two bids were received. The Facility Services Bid Committee has reviewed this bid. Bids were requested for vendors to provide restroom partitions. During evaluation, it was determined that the submittals would not provide an adequate level of service. Staff determined that it would be in the best interest of the District to reject all bids at this time.
A new bid process will include a review of the specifications and solicitation of more vendors.
Recommendation:
The Administration recommends that the bid for the purchase of restroom partitions be rejected.
