Description:

This agreement provides for a joint election with the Plano ISD, the City of Murphy, and the County of Collin to be held May 12, 2007. The three entities will share equally in the shared expenses of the polling locations, election officials, supplies, ballots, tabulation of election results, and any other necessary expenses for the election. Expenses unique to one entity will be billed solely to that entity. The entities have contracted with Collin County Elections Administration to perform the duties and responsibilities of the election on behalf of the entities.

Recommendation:

Approve the joint election agreement.
