Consider and act upon authorizing the attorneys for the school district to submit a Rule 68 (Federal Rules of Civil Procedure) formal offer of settlement to the Court in Civil Action No. 4:06CV119 in the case styled SWAT, et al. v. Plano ISD, et al. and to take all actions necessary to effectuate the same
